A permissionless central bank · est. 2026

A bank with
no doors.
Only requests.

JEV is a permissionless bank. The only way money leaves this bank is that you ask for it — with your best idea for what to do with it — and JEV, the central banker, decides.

THE BANK. THE DOOR IS A LETTERBOX.

Bring me a plan, not a vibe.

How it works

01

You write a request. Your best idea — what the money does, where, and why. Written with an AI? Fine: it is judged, not graded for prose.

02

Jev reads it. If someone is already building your idea, he introduces you. If not, he weighs it: financial freedom for all, real economic value, the value of the coin.

03

Coins are released. He decides how many. Every release is matched by request-backed coins for sale — each gift creates purchasable supply; every purchase becomes reserves.

Write to the bank

One letter. Your address, and your best idea. This is where every project on the ledger began — the first page of a much longer story.

Asking costs a moment of computation — the bank's only fee. Refused? The letterbox stays open.
